SirReel Studio Services rents production vehicles (cargo vans, cube trucks, passenger vans and specialty vehicles), production supplies and equipment, sound stages and standing sets to film, TV and commercial productions in Los Angeles.

Our yard is at 8500 Lankershim Blvd, Sun Valley, CA 91352, in the San Fernando Valley. We serve productions across Los Angeles.

Mon–Fri 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM · Sat 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM · Closed Sunday.

After-hours pickup and drop-off is available — just let us know ahead of time and we'll send the gate and container codes. Out of hours, AHA — our automated after-hours assistant — answers 24/7 on the Help page.

1 day = 1 calendar day. Trucks and vans alike are billed by the calendar days rented, pickup day through return day.

For standard fleet rentals from SirReel: includes 100 miles per rental day, or 500 miles per week. Additional mileage is billed at $0.50/mile. Specialty Vehicles — celebrity motorhomes, restroom trailers and similar units — are billed differently: per mile from the first mile, at the rate shown on the line. Taking the vehicle out of the county? Let us know ahead of time so we can prep it properly for a long trip.

Vehicles go out fully (or close to) fueled and should come back at the same level. Refueling is billed per gallon: $12 gasoline, $14.50 diesel.

Our optional limited damage waiver is $24/day per vehicle and covers the first $1,000 of damage to that vehicle. Full coverage details are in the rental agreement.

A certificate of insurance (COI) is required on every job. For a vehicle rental it needs: General Liability: $1,000,000 (minimum); Automotive Liability: $1,000,000 (minimum) (Must include: any auto, hired autos, or non-owned autos; Auto Physical Damage (Hired / Non-Owned); No Unattended Vehicle Exclusion); Misc Rental Equipment OR Entertainment Package totaling the replacement value of rented equipment; 3rd Party Property Damage: $1,000,000 (minimum); Proof of Worker's Compensation: policy required. A job without vehicles needs less — we confirm exactly what with your quote. The certificate holder, additional insured and loss payee is SirReel Production Vehicles, Inc., 8500 Lankershim Blvd, Sun Valley, CA 91352. Once the rental is confirmed, a cancellation within 24 hours of the pickup date is billed the daily rate of the rental.

A processing fee of up to 3% is added to credit card payments where permitted. The fee is waived on debit and prepaid cards, and for cardholders in states that do not allow it. To avoid it, pay by ACH or check — submitted within 3 business days so we can close out the project.
