Opening the lock box

The keys to your SirReel vehicle are in the small keypad box hanging on the mirror or the door handle. Start by sliding down the clear button, enter code and then push down at the top button to open.

Three steps

Slide the clear button DOWN
It is the wide sliding button in the middle of the keypad. This wipes anything pressed before — yours or the last driver’s — and it has to be done every single time, including after a failed try.

Enter your code
Press each number until it clicks all the way down. A digit that does not click is the usual reason a correct code does not open the box.

Push the top button DOWN
The small button above the numbers. Push it down firmly and the front of the box comes away, with the keys inside.

If it still will not open

Nothing happens when I push the top button

The clear button — the sliding one in the middle — has to go down FIRST, every time. It wipes whatever was pressed before, including your own earlier tries. Slide it down, enter the code, then push the top button down.

I entered the code and it still will not open

Slide the clear button down and go again slowly, pressing each number until it clicks all the way down. A digit that does not click is the usual reason a correct code does not open the box.

The buttons feel stiff

These boxes live outside in the weather. Press harder than feels necessary, one button at a time, and listen for the click.

I am not sure I have the right code

Do not keep guessing. Text AHA at the number below with the unit you are at (for example "Cube 27") and it will confirm the code for your job.

Still stuck
